Protein Icecream Bars

These icecream bars are only 4 ingredients, 10g of protein each, and absolutely delicious! Adding walnuts on top ensures there's amino acids present for your body to use your protein.

Ingredients:

3 cups protein yogurt (I used Oikos Pro)
1/4 cup peanut butter (or any preferred nut butter)
1/4 cup walnuts
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1:
Mix together peanut butter and yogurt. Spread into even "patties" on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 2:
Freeze for 10 minutes or until firm.

Step 3:
Melt chocolate chips in microwave, stirring every 15-30 seconds. (Mix in coconut oil if using)

Step 4:
Dunk frozen icecream "patties" into chocolate. Quickly place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle walnuts on top while chocolate is still melted.

Step 5:
Freeze again until solid.

Step 6:
Enjoy!
